Chef de Rang (m/f/nb)

Full-time (3-10:30p.m.) or part-time (8a.m.-12noon & 6-10:30p.m.)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Chef de Rang for our hotel restaurant for the summer season (end of June to end of October). Also for the winter season 2025/2026.

Your responsibilities

  • Supervising your own station
  • Making recommendations and explaining dishes
  • Collecting orders and serving drinks and food
  • Ensuring correct billing
  • Mise en place
  • Wine service
  • Responsible for ensuring impeccable hygiene, cleanliness and order

Your profile

  • Completed training relating to the hotel industry or practical experience working for comparable hotels
  • A love of working with people
  • Languages: German
  • Communication skills and confident manner
  • Flexible, resilient, team player
