TV, safe, hairdryer and so on
All rooms are equipped with at least one TV, a safe, a hairdryer and a stocked minibar.
Parking
There are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces available. We charge €8.00 per day per vehicle for a parking space in our underground car park.
Internet
There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.
Sauna area / Indoor swimming pool
The sauna area is open from 12:00 to 19:00 and is a nude area. Children under 15 are not permitted here. The indoor swimming pool is open continuously from 07:00 to 22:00. However, from 20:00 onwards, it is open to adults only. (Please note: the lights may be switched off before 10.00 pm.)
Non-smoking premises
All our dining rooms, lounges and guest rooms are non-smoking areas.
Children at the Jerzner Hof
We offer very generous discounts for children (when staying in their parents’ room with an extra bed). At mealtimes, children can choose from an extensive children’s menu and, on request, we can serve children’s meals or any baby food you have brought with you, even outside of mealtimes. We naturally provide baby cots, high chairs and cot beds free of charge.
Dogs
Dogs are also permitted in some rooms of the ‘Juniorsuite Bergblume’ category upon request. We thank you for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not permitted in dining and lounge areas, or in the vicinity of the swimming pond and the terrace. We charge €15.00 per dog per day, excluding food, and at present they are only permitted in the Bergblume junior suites.
Please note that muzzles are compulsory on all public transport.
Lifts
All floors can be reached via one of our three lifts.
Electric vehicle charging point
You’ll find an electric vehicle charging point right next to the hotel.
The price for charging an electric car is €0.55 per kWh.
Allergies; Intolerances
We are happy to cater for common food intolerances and allergies, such as lactose or gluten. Unfortunately, in the case of specific intolerances, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adapt our dishes to suit individual needs.
Please let us know about any intolerances when you make your booking enquiry.
Getting here
In principle, you can arrive any day. Rooms are available from 2.00 pm at the earliest. If you are unable to arrive by dinner time (8.00 pm), please let us know briefly.
Departure
We would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
Cancellation fees
No cancellation fees apply up to 3 months before arrival.
Cancellations made after this date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. However, we reserve the right to charge up to 90 per cent of the booked package if the room cannot be re-let.
The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance. You can obtain all the necessary documents on request when making your booking or directly from Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
Travelling by train
For guests arriving by train, we are happy to arrange a taxi at a reduced rate from Imst/Pitztal railway station to the Jerzner Hof (currently between €34.00 and €40.00 per journey).
Billing
On site, you can pay either in cash or by card (EC card, Maestro Card, Swiss EC, Visa and Mastercard). If you pay for package deals or special offers by credit card, a 2 per cent surcharge may apply.
If you pay your bill in cash (euros or Swiss francs), we’ll thank you with a €15.00 voucher per stay (for stays of 4 nights or more). The Swiss franc amount will be calculated at the daily exchange rate.
Local tax
The local tourist tax applies to all guests aged 15 and over and amounts to €4.00 per person per day. It is not included in the room rates or package prices.
Deposits for special periods
For the Christmas period, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, Easter and other peak seasons, we require a non-refundable deposit of €500.00 per room. This means that if the booking is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
