All rooms are equipped with at least one TV, a safe, a hairdryer and a filled minibar.
Parking
Numerous free outdoor parking spaces are available onsite. We charge €8.00 per day per vehicle for a parking space in our underground car park.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms and lounges.
Sauna area/indoor pool
The sauna area is open from 12 noon to 7p.m., and must be used without swimwear. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted. The indoor swimming pool is open from 7a.m. to 10p.m. However, from 8p.m. onwards, it is only accessible to adults. (Please note: the lights may be turned off before 10p.m.)
Non-smoking rooms
All our dining and lounge areas, as well as all our rooms, are designated as non-smoking areas.
Children at the Jerzner Hof
We provide substantial discounts for children when they stay in their parents’ room with an extra bed. Young guests can delight in our diverse children’s menu, and upon request, we will be happy to accommodate you by serving kids’ meals or baby food you’ve brought along, even outside of regular meal times. Baby cots, high chairs and cribs are of course available free of charge.
Dogs
On request, dogs are also allowed in some rooms in the ‘Bergblume Junior Suites’ category. We thank you for your understanding that your furry friends are not allowed in the dining and lounge areas, in the swimming pond area or on the terrace. We charge €15.00 per dog per day, excluding food, and they are currently only allowed in the Bergblume Junior Suites.
Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle on all public transport.

All floors are accessible via one of our three lifts.
EV charging point
The hotel also has a conveniently located EV charging point.
The price for charging an electric vehicle is €0.55/kWh.

Cancellation fees
No cancellation fees will be charged up to 3 months before arrival.
Cancellations after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, we reserve the right to charge up to 90% of the booking fee if the room cannot be re-let.
The same applies to late arrival or early departure.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance. All necessary documents are available on request when making your reservation or directly from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Arrival by train
For guests arriving by train, we are happy to organise a taxi at a reduced rate from Imst/Pitztal railway station to the Jerzner Hof (currently €34.00 per trip).
Billing
You can pay on site either in cash or by card (EC card, Maestro Card, Swiss EC, Visa and Mastercard). If you pay for package deals or special offers by credit card, a surcharge of 2% may be applied.
If you pay your bill in cash (euros or Swiss francs), we will thank you with a €15.00 voucher per stay (for stays of 4 nights or more). Charges in Swiss francs will be calculated based on the prevailing daily exchange rate.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax applies to all guests aged 15 and over and is €2.00 per person per day in summer and €3.00 per person per day in winter. It is not included in the room and package prices.
Please note that the tourist tax is anticipated to increase to €4.00.
Deposits for special times
For the Christmas period, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, Easter and other high season periods, we require a non-refundable deposit of €500.00 per room. This means that the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
