Sous chef (m/f/d)

Full-time 8.5 hours per day
5.5 - 6 day week

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team from 18 June until the end of October 2025. Also for the winter season 2025/26.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the head chef in all activities
  • Assisting with menu design
  • Deputising for the head chef on his day off
  • Leading a team of 5 people

Your profile

  • Tourism school or cookery apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in a similar position or ambitious young chef
  • Team player, responsible
  • Love of the profession
  • Confident & strong communicator
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Clean, well-groomed appearance

Payment is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry with the willingness to pay significantly more (depending on training and professional experience).
